Every contractor we work with is under NDA, so the names and the domains stay out of it. The starting numbers, the work and the timelines do not. Below those, our own campaign, running on this domain since February 2026 and published every month.
Map pack positions, call volume, and cost per booked job. Including the campaigns that took longer than we expected. Names and domains are withheld under NDA; every figure is released with the owner's approval.
No case studies published yet.
Figures are illustrative of campaigns of this shape and are pending client sign-off before publication.
Every number below is checkable. Run the domain through any SEO tool and see for yourself.
The same sequence we would run for a contractor, on the same reasoning.
Title tags and metadata, which were genuinely broken at launch. Homepage built around the core keyword cluster, not split across six competing pages.
Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools connected.
Updated with the monthly numbers, including the months that did not go our way.
The keyword tools show almost no volume for several terms we are targeting. The SERPs for those terms have eight competing agency pages each. We are trusting the SERP over the volume column and we will report whether that was right.
Three months of outreach to local news desks produced nothing. Storm-response pitches went unanswered in a market where two larger contractors already have the relationships. We have stopped and moved the hours into rebate-programme listings, which have converted at roughly one in three.
Referring domains went from 2 to 31 between launch and February, almost entirely from directories and association pages we already qualified for. Rankings followed about six weeks behind the links, not alongside them.
Two reasons, and one of them is self-interested.
You are being asked to hand your visibility to someone whose own visibility you can check in thirty seconds. It would be strange to ask for that and hide the numbers.
We are trying to rank for competitive terms with a domain that is months old. Documenting it publicly is the kind of thing people link to, and links are the thing we need. So this page is both proof and part of the campaign.
We would rather say that than pretend it is purely generosity.
The free audit shows your map pack visibility across your service area, what your competitors are capturing, and what is holding your site back. Same starting point we gave ourselves. A day to build, 20 minutes to walk through, and you keep it either way.
No contract. No pitch deck.
